My approach is a strength-based, interactive, insight-generating and motivating. I am passionate about supporting new clinicians. Over the years, my supervisees have been grateful for the practical strategies to building their own successful businesses, insight into their own clinical skills and style, professional development and case staffing and resources to support their own clients. I support new psychotherapists to find their niche, create their own Heart-Map, build solid business practices,find and sustain their ideal-client base, work with financial values, expand their repertoire of self-renewal, and sustain their counseling private practice.
I have years of experience as I helped co-create a counseling center, designing their training program and paperwork systems, as well as assisted in the hiring, education, feedback and skill development of the master's level counseling interns. Those I have mentored / continue to mentor report their engagement in their own successful, fulfilling careers and balanced, satisfying lives.
